I should not have to go though any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I dont need these measures imposed on me.
I am well aware of the risks involved in trading leveraged and inverse ETFs.
PLEASE NOTE: I am staunchly OPPOSED to the US Government attempting to stifle or restrict in any way the availability of these financial products for the general public via retail trading platforms or otherwise.
I think I should be able to invest in any fund on the market. I get to choose the amount of risk I am willing to incur. Unless you Demonstrate high net worth! Sounds like another tool to allow rich to get richer and the poor even poorer!

There is no need to regulate Aggregate Stocks. I use Spiders to avoid paying for Mutual Fund Service fees. I want my Investment funds simply to track Market Index.
Please keep it to the decision of each individual investor whether to have the risk or not.

I myself not the regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, and not just the privileged. I have read the risks and have been using these vehicles to invest for over a decade now with success.
Anyone that has a brokerage account should be able to buy and sell any public traded stock or etf. It is up to the investor to evaluate the risk not up to regulatory groups. Please continue to allow personal trading as a person sees fit to do for their own situations.
I believe that I should have the right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am an educated investor who reads, studies, and backtests the stock market. Leveraged index funds are an appropriate investment for me and my risk tolerance and these funds should remain available to the public
I am very concerned that a set of important financial tools maybe be limited to us investors and possibly discontinued. While there are possibly serious risks in using them, the current warnings and required education is sufficient to ensure that they are correctly used. Please reconsider.
Thank you
