While I understand the need to protect people I also feel it is important that people have the right to invest in legitimate devices as they see fit. If anything advise people of their investment risk but don't automatically curb people or their ability to invest in leveraged items because of some bad/uninformed choices by others.
I am aware of the risks associated with this investment and I intend to continue generating significant returns using it. Stop trying to push the little guys out everytime they get on the right side of a trade. Have some dignity, you're better than that. Yours Truly, -Matthew R. Kuennen
I am AGAINST passage of FINRA’s Regulatory Notice 22-08 taking effect. I trade indexed ETF's over short time horizons, am aware of, and am satisfied with the risk acceptance protocol followed by the service providers. I DO NOT WANT ACCESS TO COMPLEX PRODUCTS RESTRICTED.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I'm full capable to understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
I would like to voice my concern over restricting leverage trading. They are vital to my retirement strategy. I can make great profits with less exposure and in a shorter time frame. The brokerages do an outstandin job of informing us of the risk and that they are for short term trading.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, cryptocurrency funds such as BITO. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. Regulators do not need these measures imposed on me.
I as a Investor understand the risks involved in L&I funds before investing on them. So no need for restrictions on these funds. As 90% of stock market scrips are risky anyway, I do not see any problems with these direxion funds. Please do not make any limitation on these. Thanks.
I have held Direxion leveraged ETF's for over 10 years, understand the risks as outlined, and have had no problem accepting the results of anticipating the market direction in specific areas. There are plenty of educational materials available. Don't fix what really isn't broke.
Comments: I sign a release with my broker for trading 3x funds... Like any investing and trading, the person needs to be comfortable with the risks involved. There is not a test for a person trading a drug manufactures when they are working with people lives and the negative possibilities surrounding medical products.
I oppose the restrictions that are being considered to invest in leveraged and/or inverse funds. I've been investing for many decades and I'm aware of the risks associated with such funds and if/when I choose to invest in them, then it should be my right to do so without any special process.
