Although I have a small portfolio compared to an investment firm or a hedge fund. I do understand the importance of hedging my investment with pro shares. Im well aware of the risks associated with all investments and I see no harm in continuing my decisions to do so.
I believe that all investors should have the right to invest in all available securities and funds. I understand the risks for leveraged and inverse funds, and that they are good tools to help protect from the up and downs of the market. It is everybody's responsibility to do due diligence when investing.
Good gracious, where did this proposed rule S7-24-15 come from. I am a prudent retain investor that uses inverse ETF's sparingly to reduce the risk from decline in long held positions. Inverse funds are important to my investing strategies.
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I don't need Government regulators making my investment decisions They help you protect (hedge) myinvestments or seek enhanced returns, and if you use them as a limited part of your overall portfolio.
I should be able to make investment choices without restriction. I understand that I can assess my own risks and do not need to be tested on my knowledge. I don't think people should be discriminated based upon what their net worth should be to invest in these products.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on you.

Hi - I would like my rights to retain investment in leveraged ETFs. We invest in that knowing the risk and rewards. I have strong objections on "Demonstration of High Net Worth". This would make the rich richer and the poor and average people can't invest to grow their fund/savings.
I strongly oppose regulators adding restrictions, making it difficult for investors to make their own investment choices. It is investorss decision in terms of how much risk they are willing to take and how they would like to invest their money. Please treat investors as adults and respect them as adults.
