I wish to continue investing as see fit. If I choose to invest in what are considered risky investments as crypto's, leveraged funds or IPO's it is my business. I do not want a regulating body limiting how I invest my money.
Please dont fall for this [REDACTED]. Were not children. Do not limit the investments that are available to us. Investing in Crypto is important to my investment strategy. Im capable of understanding the risks and determining what is good for my portfolio.
It is our right to invest in what we like such as Crypto currency it's innovation will move us forward to a better future I believe in all it's innovation and instead of slowing us down let innovation move forward!
Crypto assets are not just an investment. They are not just a method of transacting. They are an entirely new technology stack upon which new technologies and relationships will be built. Please allow people to decide how they invest and what innovations they choose to support.
I use leveraged funds to increase my retirement holdings. Do not restrict our ability to invest. The hedge funds and the billion airs can get away with anything. Like hiding half their worth in untraceable crypto coins.
Investors should be able to invest in what ever they deem fit - inverse and leveraged funds are an appropriate to de-risk a portfolio. Please focus your efforts on areas where fraud exists - Crypto would be a good place to start.
More regulation on something most people don't understand like crypto currency is shameful. Let risk take its course. those who lose can only blame themselves and don't need a shoulder to cry on
Do not limit investors ability to invest in the crypto market! It's not your right to dictate who can and can't based on their level of sophistication and intelligence in the matter! Stop any legislation that blocks my access to these types of investments.
To whom it may concern: The list of proposed funds/investments considered for restrictions seems a bit excessive. Personally I would agree to do require restrictions on double and triple leveraged funds and anything crypto, but ETNs and Global Real Estate?
I understand there are risked to crypto as well as other investments. Do not limit my choices. If I want to invest, I should have that freedom. Goverment has a track record of screwing things up when they get involved. Limited oversight is best.
