Leveraged ETFs have given retail investors access to strategies once only accessible to ultra high net worth families and institutional investors, all at a very reasonable cost.
Investors should understand the risks they are taking, but this is no different from any other risky asset.
I believe it is very important for investors to be able to invest in products that move in the opposite direction of the market in times of bear markets. I want to have the freedom to invest where I choose to invest and I do realize it is at my own risk. Please do not take this freedom away from me.

Hello, Leveraged investments are an important part of my overall investment strategy. I do not need regulators deciding for me what public investments I should be making. I am FULLY aware of the risks involved in these kinds of investments, and they are used thoughtfully in my portfolio management. Please, leave this system alone.

I do not support additional regulations in regards to investing in the Proshares Trust and other similar funds. Government overreach is becoming more of problem in the United States. Let investors do their own research and allow them to assume their own risks. Big Brother is not required.

Comments.I am not in favor of proposed limits that may restrict my access to L&I Funds or to disqualify me from trading L&I Funds or other complex products.
I have a strong understanding of the characteristics and risks of L&I Funds, and that their purpose is for short-term active trading, and that they should be monitored regularly.
