I do not agree with these proposed regulations.
I do not want my ability to invest restricted in any way in the TQQQ ETF. I have thoroughly reviewed the past performance of TQQQ and it's ability to track 3x to the NASDAQ 100. I researched and considered this over many months before investing. TQQQ is a key component of my equity mix to track the NASDAQ 100.
I want to continue to invest in proshares leveraged funds
Dear Sirs,
In regards to the proposed ban on trading the ProShares funds, which include "inverse" tracking indices, I would like to express my discontent with any regulation that limits my freedom in trading financial instruments. Public investments, including "invers funds", need to be available for the general public to trade, not just privileged people
Please do not restrict access the ability to invest in inverse ETFs. Its a critical part of my trading strategy
I already need special approval from the brokerage to trade these products. Leveraged and inverse funds are primarily used to hedge risk and lower volatility. These new regulations will disadvantage smaller investors. Do you want us to return to "selling short" to achieve our goals? If so, that would entail a great deal more risk.
This is a prime example of regulatory
I personally would like to have more knowledge and more accessible information. The more one can comprehend the better the outcomes of their choices. I am neither for or against the proposal. I do believe customers need to read and agree to understanding the risks involved.
I oppose any restrictions on my ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds. These products are an important part of my self directed portfolio and I understand their purpose and limitations. Having these investment options allows me to execute my own investment strategies rather than pay a fee to an investment manager who will still have access to these funds if this regulation is implemented.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in any public investment as I see fit. Including leveraged and inverse leveraged funds.
