Please stop the Nany state. Who are you trying to protect? Let me choose what to invest in. My risk not the governments. Why don't you focus on the many schemes to bilk ignorant people. Like getting you to buy gold. The government should protect the ignorant not mess with the knowledgable.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I don't need regulators baby sitting my decisions on public investment options.
To who it may concern,
I oppose restrictions on investing in these investment vehicles as they are far less risky then investing in individual stocks, options, futures, and cryptocurrencies. I invest in many of these regularly and have reduced my risk considerably. If you restrict these in a way that I could not use them then you are accomplishing the opposite of your goal.
Leveraged ETFs provide great value to me in certain times when I need to hedge or take risks with small parts of my portfolio. Without them, leveraging with daily reset would be a lot of manual work I need to do every day and there is a tax drag. Please dont ban them

I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I currently utilize leveraged and inverse funds as an important part of my overall investment strategy. I am aware of all risks involved and believe it should be my responsibility, not the governments, as to what choices I make with my own funds. Thank you.
I like to invest in leveraged ETFs. Im quite aware of the risks and potential long and short term fluctuations. And my desire to speculate with my money ought to be my choice.
Individual investors ought to be able to invest in any ETFs. Theyre much safer than some horrendous penny stocks.
Please let me keep my right to invest the best way I see fit for myself. I understand the risks of leveraged funds and options as well, trading funds like these has given me hope to a bright future. Thank you for your time.
very truly yours

Just because I am not a high-net-worth individual does not mean I am incapable of understanding leverage ETFs and their risks. Please do not restrict my ability to invest. Leveraged and inverse funds are a part of my overall investment strategy and I want to continue to have the freedom to use these investment products when I feel they are appropriate.
Inverse funds allow retail traders / investors a simple method to hedge portfolios against market declines as opposed to complex option strategies or costly and high risk futures positions. Leveraged funds provide a similar opportunity to participate is market trends without the complex and time constrained options or futures programs.
