Please do not restrict any investor from using leveraged products. If you were to restrict my ability to deal with leveraged ETFs, you will create a situation where I am forced to use Futures or the illiquidity of the Options market to manage my risk or balance my investments' leverage accordingly.
I'm both a financial advisor and an investor, i find the the leveraged etf's are necessary to mitigating long term risk. by themselves they are a problem. but when used corrrectly they help lower volatility of the overall market, and individual investor portfolios, especially since there is no other way to easily hedge the down side in retirement accounts.
I want to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing.(SQQQ)
I understand well leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I have capable to invest leveraged and inverse funds. I do not need these imposed measures. I oppose those restrictions on my right to invest.

This rules limits progress and hurts the working class account holder. I have met my goals only using leverage ETFs because I only had to use a portion of my capital for stock risk. And the rest in income producing assets! Please oppose this bill....and youll have my vote!
Public investments, including leveraged or inversed funds should be made available to all individual investors. Individual investors like myself are perfectly capable of choosing our own investments, carefully considering risks. We should not have to have regulations imposed on us. I am an investor in leveraged funds like TQQQ and perfectly understand the risks involved in such funds. I do not want to go through any test to prove my ability to trade such funds. Please do not place undue burden on investors by bringing in unnecessary hurdles like a test, high N/W etc
Sirs, eliminating my ability to invest in specified products is wrong. I should be able to invest as I see fit. Brokers are already responsible to various extents to make sure their customers are aware of the various risks associated with different products. The decision to invest in a particular product must be left up to the individual, not the government.
I'm fully aware of the risk involved with leveraged trades. That's why I put effort into the research I perform. I DO NOT need the Government "looking out for my best interest ". I love the freedom of investing outside of my TSP. This love diminishes with every regulation that aims to lookout for us unaccredited investors
We would like levered ETFs to remain for retail investors. We understand the risks and can hedge these with cash, government credit, etc. These ETFs enable us opportunities for equitable wealth generation that makes Americans and America stronger. Please keep current ETF line up. Thank you
Publically available leveraged funds form an important component in my investiment portfolio. I use them not only to improve investiment efficiency but also to de-risk by holding more positions in cash and treasury bonds.
I understand and can manage the risk with investing in leveraged funds. I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
