I am an investor in leveraged funds like TQQQ and perfectly understand the risks involved in such funds. I do not want to go through any test to prove my ability to trade such funds. Please do not place undue burden on investors by bringing in unnecessary hurdles like a test, high N/W etc
Sirs, eliminating my ability to invest in specified products is wrong. I should be able to invest as I see fit. Brokers are already responsible to various extents to make sure their customers are aware of the various risks associated with different products. The decision to invest in a particular product must be left up to the individual, not the government.
Publically available leveraged funds form an important component in my investiment portfolio. I use them not only to improve investiment efficiency but also to de-risk by holding more positions in cash and treasury bonds.
I understand and can manage the risk with investing in leveraged funds. I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
I have used ETF's and leveraged accounts for many years to protect to the down side and leverage to the up side of the market. Please don't control how I invest, and I take responsibility for my use of leveraged investments for profit or loss. All the public investments have statements about risk and possibility of loss.
It would be unfortunate if regular investors are not allowed to buy inverse funds. They have been an invaluable part of my portfolio that allow me to hedge against risks. I understand that leveraged and inverse funds are riskier investments, but they allow me to diversify my allocation and I limit my holdings to limit my exposure.
Dear Regulator,
I have been trading leveraged and inverse ETFs for over eight years. I fully understand the complexity and risks involved. I have endured severe drawdowns but also tripled and quadrupled my money. It's my sincere opinion that limiting access to such funds for the average investor is a big mistake
I have been trading and investing using leveraged ETFs for over a decade. I use them responsibly, and I am fully aware of the risks involved.
I can understand that some amount of regulation may be necessary, I do not think banning leveraged ETFs is warranted.
I oppose restricting the publics access to leveraged ETFs.
Hello, I Abhishek Sahay strongly oppose the restriction on my right to invest in Leveraged and Inverse ETFs. I understand the risks assumed, and would like to be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family. Such, public investment options should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged in a non-restricted way.
Please stop the Nany state. Who are you trying to protect? Let me choose what to invest in. My risk not the governments. Why don't you focus on the many schemes to bilk ignorant people. Like getting you to buy gold. The government should protect the ignorant not mess with the knowledgable.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I don't need regulators baby sitting my decisions on public investment options.
