Dear FINRA,
I'm writing to express my opposition to regulations proposed in Regulatory Notice 22-08. I'm against any restrictions on trading leveraged or inverse ETFs. As an investor, I should be able to choose which investments are right for myself. Public investments should be available to everyone, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding these funds, and should
I disagree with the proposal to restrict access to leveraged or inverse funds for several reasons:
1. It is not the government's responsibility to tell me what I am capable of investing in. It is my money, my risk.
2. It is my responsibility to determine if an investment is right for me, and to understand benefits and risks.
3. it is not the government's role to assess or
Hi, please do not restrict leveraged ETFs. They are a powerful tool for retail investors to get leveraged exposure, without having to go through margin, options, futures etc.

- I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in leveraged funds.

Pass a regulator-imposed test of your specialized investment knowledge
Demonstrate a high net worth
Get special approval from your broker
Attest to reading certain materials

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST! This is absurd, I should have the right to invest my money the way I see fit without the interference of any kind of regulators. Public investing should be made available to the public, not just the privileged. This is completely biased and would affect people of color and other minorities! I shouldnt have to go through a special
