I think changing the way things are done now to the way you plan on doing will hurt us small investors more then you realize. Things were gong along smoothly enough up to now and this change will just muddy up things.

We are investors, we understand the risks of investing. Let the financial market provide products to fit the needs of educated customers. We don't need FINRA to be our mommy or daddy.
Comments: Please do not restrict access to leveraged ETFs. I am an individual investor who makes a profit trading these year after year. It will harm us by taking away options to capitalize on trends.
