This regulation is classist and assumes anyone not in possession of wealth is too stupid to understand these investments. Limiting specific investments to only high net worth individuals will only exacerbate the wealth inequality in our country and is the antithesis of what America stands for. Anyone can learn to understand all of these investments and should be able to determine for themselves
Comments: Leveraged ETFs and inversely leveraged ETFs are not easily obtainable by novice and beginner investors. I request that Federal intervention not be invoked. Its my experience that investors have to submit special acknowledgement of the risk prior to be able to trade Leveraged/Inversely leveraged ETFs. "All" websearches already discourage their use. I believe as an investor, I have the right to buy leveraged and inverse funds as I have been doing so. It is inequitable for regulations to be made based on income and privilege of the individual. As it is my decision to invest in leveraged funds, I am fully capable of understanding the risks that come with investing in the funds. Investing in leveraged and inverse funds contribute to my

LEVERAGED ETFs AND INVERSE FUNDS ARE ONE OF THE FEW WAYS AN INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR CAN OUTPERFORM THE MARKET (WITH RISKS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. SOME HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE FOR A DECADE OR SO. YOU ALLOW INDIVESTOR TO USE LEVERAGED INVESTMENTS WITH OPTIONS USING "PUTS" AND "CALL" OPTIONS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR DECADES. WHYNOT TRY TO RESTRICT THEM? AND WHY NOW??
