I have worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years and do not feel these investment funds are too complex or should be limited in any way.
Please do not restrict my ability to invest in leveraged or inverse funds. These are very important to my investment strategy and long term financial stability.
Please do not restrict the options I have for investment purposes. I am able to manage the positions and companies provide instructions on how to use the financial tools.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in stock market which would limit my ability of investment in stock and long term financial perspectives.

The little guy should be able to play the same game big financial institutions play. Don't make equality worse, level the playing field.
It is really important for individual investors to have access to those financial tools to either speculate or hedge. You will put individual investors at great disadvantage.
I value disclosure and transparency, but do not feel that I should be restricted from investments based on the governments assessment of my capability to understand financial products.
