Dear regulator, there is no need to regulate. Investors are bright people and we don't need you to limit our ability to make money in a zero rate world.
You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I would prefer to NOT have the proposed restrictions on investing in leveraged or inverse products. Also, the proposed steps to permit such purchases are too restrictive and add unnecessary burden to the process. Investors have access to all the information they need to make an informed decision, and they have the ability now to conduct additional research. Treat people like adults...
We should get all the right to invest not only in he rich. Everyone has the right to invest in the market!
You have no right to take away inverse etfs..It is the investors responsibility to learn how to make their financial decisions. Hmm.. seems to be ok for the government to always make the regulations to benefit them and not the individual. These etfs provide an investor utilize trades in both directions.Are you going to start regulating buying cars and houses too? Hmmm many people get screwed
Leveraged eft are the few investing tool available to me and most small retail investors. If we cant use them, then we may have to borrow from margin which will cost more and with more risk.
Please do not limit our ability to invest in a broad and diverse manner. This totally defeats a citizen's ability to maintain a safe strategy for future growth.
Please do not change the investor requirements to buy leveraged and inverse securities.
