I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and myfamily.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before investing in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.

I oppose limitations on my ability to buy and sell investments that are available to me as of this date (including inverse funds). Curtailing my ability to invest as I am currently allowed to do (all in the name of "insuring my safety") is demeaning and detrimental to my investment objectives. Leveraged funds are only a part of my overall portfolio. All investors are already given
These funds comprise an important part of my investment strategy, both as leverage, hedging, and recovery of funds invested, but lost in past markets. I understand the risks involved in using leverage or investing in inverse funds.
Please keep these ETFs open to all investors. Its very important that we keep the freedom to invest our money as we see fit and take the risks we are comfortable with.

Gentlemen,
Long and short (inverse) funds, with and without leverage are useful and convenient to invest and hedge with. Please do not eliminate these tools.
Do not add more reg's making it harder to invest.
