It is unfair and manipulative for regulators to lock financial instruments behind net worth requirements and expensive exams. Wealth does not determine aptitude, and already being wealthy should not be a requirement to choose your own funds.
believe in "Right to Invest". Every individual in the Free world must have the "Right to Invest". Every Financial Tool & Instruments must be available for all not just the handful few.

I am a non-professional, active investor who monitors and manages my personal portfolio every day. As such, it is important to allow active investors like myself to make their own determination of what products to use at what time to achieve their financial goals. Investing in cryptocurrency funds, such as BITO, is important to my investment strategies to achieve my financial objectives, including by diversifying my investments as part of a balanced portfolio. It is easier to invest in ETF than in direct cryptocurrency.
Thank you Catherine [Weatherford, NAVA President and CEO] and Lee [Covington, SVP & General Counsel, NAVA]. I'd like to begin by acknowledging my friend Mark Casady, the extremely effective chairman of the NAVA board, and thanking him for agreeing recently to serve on the FINRA Board of Governors. Mark, my colleagues and I look forward to working with you.

I have used leveraged and inverse leveraged funds for many years with great success. I am a retired engineer and it would be a severe hindrance to my financial progress if my use of these type funds were restricted or eliminated.
Iam truly opposed by these proposed limitations and ridiculous tests/qualifications.
It is my free right to invest in any funds that I can obtain and afford.
FiNRA.....
Do away with this proposal.. Represent and promote financial freedom. Thank you!!!
It would be preposterous to restrict purchase of securities that permit me to hedge my risk.
