If the access is restricted to only big players, then you have enhanced the ability of equity funds, hedge funds and investing banks to pillage the retirement funds of those who saved for retirement. Do you favor the raiders or the people? You could do away with shorting and derivatives and one must hold that transaction for 3 days. Thank you
I should have the freedom to invest as I please. Educated investors can make money

I believe it is crucial that investment choices remain the prerogative of each individual investor and not relegated the privileged powerful who lobby government to restrict investment opportunities to that which only they control.
Just explain the risks involved and allow us adults to make our own allocations based on what is appropriate for our financial situations.

I oppose any regulations that further restrict my ability to invest and manage my own investments as I see fit. It is my money and I know from experience that even with a leveraged fund investment it is still safer that letting someone else invest it for me. The financial industry if full of operators looking to rip off the average investor and you should be looking to more highly regulate them,
Government it's not your business to tell us how to invest. It's your business to do the job we hired you to do. Stay out of our choices. Or find a new job. CLEAR?
Do not limit our ability to make decisions on investing. Your attempt to be the decision maker on our ability to make decisions is an attempt to become is an overreach of your mandate.
Who are you to make such regulations? It is none of your business how I invest MY MONEY. You were not elected by me, the people. I probably understand inverse/leveraged investment products better than you. Our country and economy would be much better off if you resigned your government (aka. Unproductive) job, returned your salary to hard working tax payers and secure a job in the private sector
As a public investor, we should have the freedom of choice for myself and family to choose our own public investments.
