Stop regulating out freedoms and rights away under the mask of regulating for protection. Opportunities for financial gain should be open to all, not only the super wealthy.

i want to voice my opinion that i am against any move to restrict my ability to buy and sell shares in "complex products" or any other funds or financial instruments.
My money is mine to do with as I please! I do NOT need to be "nannied" in my investments, and I certainly do not need for music and my generations to be shut out of participating in financial markets!

(“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 11892 (Clearly Erroneous Transactions in Exchange-Listed Securities) to make the current clearly erroneous pilot program permanent and limit the circumstances under which clearly erroneous review would be available.
I oppose limitations on my investments. The limitations can hurt me. It could deny me the freedom to choose investments that can help me achieve long-term financial security.
If the regulators feel that many are hurt financially from these funds, then the new regulations make sense and are needed. I appreciate them protecting those who are blinded by greed from themselves.
