reveraged funds are really important for my investment.i know it has more risk, but understanding for the risk brings less risk . regulation may give me financial loss as it restrict my plan
It is imperative that the FINRA regulatory body focus its efforts on its broker dealers and more so its financial professionals than products themselves. We the people invest how we wish.
It is disappointing to read of further regulations against the retail trader. These funds are at our own risk. It is upsetting that I even have to comment in an attempt to preserve the ability to provide myself and family a better financial opportunity.
Ive been in the financial industry for 21 years and Im fully aware of how these funds operate. Im capable of investing at a variety of risk levels and dont need government intervention to protect me.
Please do not add restrictions. We do not need a nanny state and invest only via your friends. We should be able to buy complex financial products to even the playing field.
I don't believe that I need more babysitting from the government. If you are so worried about "complex" investment products focus on financial education instead of passing new restriction and adding more regulators.

This is Ludacris. I should beable to invest my money anyway I feel like it. I'm not relying on the government for a comfortable retirement and as an adult, of sound mind, I should be allowed to make my own financial decisions.
