Summary
In consultation with the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury Department), FINRA is soliciting comment on potential enhancements to the information reported to FINRA’s TRACE facility regarding transactions in U.S. Treasury securities. Specifically, FINRA is seeking comment on potential changes to TRACE reporting for U.S. Treasury securities that would require: (1) more granular
Comments: These L&I funds allow for simple day trading without the complexity of initiating margin and shorting procedures to obtain the same results. The platform on which I trade notes that these funds are not for long term investments and it details the risks. These funds are what allow me to easily outperform the market. Without them, I would need to waste an inordinate amount of time
I have worked hard my entire life to make a better future for myself and my family. If I choose to invest the money I have earned in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds, it should be my right! I have a college degree, I am capable of understanding risks and benefits. I strongly oppose the Federal Govt inserting itself in my financial choices with the proposed regulation.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. Explain that you are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged and inverse Exchange Traded Funds. There are already risk notification requirements for these investments. I do not want additional measures
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest on those Leveraged and inverse ProShare ETFs that are currently offered to public. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. As long as the description of those funds are available for me to view and understand the risk no additional measures
i HAVE BEEN INVESTING IN LEVERAGED FUNDS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I FULLY KNOW THE RISKS IN SUCH IVESTMENTS. i AM A MARKET TIMER AND QUITE SATISFIED WITH MY RESULTS, i KNOW WHEN TO GET IN AND WHEN TO GET OUT. I CERTAINLY DON'T NEED FINRA TO RESTRICT MY ABILITY TO MAKE A COMFORTABLE INCOME ANNUALLY. THIS SMACKS OF ELITISM AND GLOBALISM.GET OFF THE GOVERMENT DOLE AND GET A REAL JOB
Hello, I Andrew Hines believe I should be allowed to invest in any ETF, reverse fund, or any publicly traded company on my own free will. I believe anyone who puts their money in the market understands the risks involved including loss of funds. There is no such thing as a safe market especially during these times. The money I earned should be allowed to be used in whatever legal means I choose.
I myself - not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I should not have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I am quite capable of understanding these funds and
