We are living in a free country and there is no need and reason to have limitations. I highly opposed this limitation as it should be people's right to freely decide on their financial decisions. This limitation doesn't make sense in any aspects.
Ive been in the financial industry for 21 years and Im fully aware of how these funds operate. Im capable of investing at a variety of risk levels and dont need government intervention to protect me.
Please do not add restrictions. We do not need a nanny state and invest only via your friends. We should be able to buy complex financial products to even the playing field.
I don't believe that I need more babysitting from the government. If you are so worried about "complex" investment products focus on financial education instead of passing new restriction and adding more regulators.
It is imperative that the FINRA regulatory body focus its efforts on its broker dealers and more so its financial professionals than products themselves. We the people invest how we wish.

Regulations on investments only allow the already rich to gain wealth. NOT protect the everyday person. I and many people will look into leaving the country for nations who value individual accountability, choice, and financial freedom.
It is disappointing to read of further regulations against the retail trader. These funds are at our own risk. It is upsetting that I even have to comment in an attempt to preserve the ability to provide myself and family a better financial opportunity.
Please support crypto but not over regulate it. We are aware of the risks. We do not want heavy government involved. Leave us alone. Every financial system you have touched is destroyed.
Public investments must be kept available to the public without restriction. Wall Street cannot be just for the insiders and the privileged. Financial literacy should be taught in schools. At this point, I have educated myself.
