I have been trading leveraged ETFs for years. I understand the risks associated with them, as well as, all investment vehicles; leveraged or otherwise. Government imposed restrictions of these funds is not needed nor wanted. I should not have to go through any special process just to prove that I can use these products as a part of my investment strategy. Asking someone to prove they have enough
Hello, I don't want you to limit my investment options. I have been investing for 35 years and I know the risks I am taking. I am concerned you are making these changes to limit my ability to invest in things that could go up substantially. The government is printing money like crazy and the markets could get pretty wild. You need to let individual investors protect themselves.
Dear FINRA Regulators,
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and
Greetings, Every year my brokerage house, Charles Schwab, sends a yearly form I must sign and return in which I have to acknowledge the risks of geared investment products. I do not want any regulators to limiting my

I have invested in Pro Shares Short S & P 500 ETF for two small accounts (which I oversee) in a very limited and disciplined approach to offset the economic problems caused by the current administration in Washington. I understand the risk, but given the current market conditions,

I want to relay my concerns about the referenced regulatory notice.
I do not believe any incremental regulatory requirements should be placed on leveraged investment instruments. I disagree with the notion of testing, thresholds, net worth requirements and so on. These are public instruments that should be made available to all. Firms selling these products are quite clear communicating the
