Please do not put any limitations and or limit and one's ability to buy/sell shares. Put yourself as the person who's not wealthy and or rich. Would you want someone to restrict your financial abillity to progress? If the answer is "no" than do the same thing and stop with what you're trying to do. Kind regards
As an American citizen I should have the right to invest in any products anyone else can invest in regardless of my financial status and regardless of my educational background. Quit trying to squash the little guy. Stop all these regulations and remove many of the regulations that prevent people from investing the way they want to.
It is a violation of privacy for the feds to interfere or restrict an individuals legal financial transactions. People not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for citizens and their family. Public investments should be available to all of the citizens, not just the privileged. The people are capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and
Hello, LETF leveled the playing field and I can manage my own investment. I understand the risks and do not need FINRA to protect me from complex instruments. Whoever is supporting more regulations are people who have financial motive to "educate" and "help" retail investors for a fee of course.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to adopt on a permanent basis the pilot program for Market-Wide Circuit Breakers in FINRA Rule 6121.02 (Market-wide Circuit Breakers in NMS Stocks).
The filthy rich (all pun intended,) have NO right to bring unrighteous regulations against the free people of the Americas on what or how they should be able to invest their hard earned moneys to become financially free. But thats just the problem though isn't it, these filthy people don't want us to be free Ain't that right!
I was in the financial arena for over forty year and have handled my own investmennts for at least that long. I don't need FINRA to tell me how to invest or limit my access to investments I deem beneficial to myself. At 81 years of age, I am not about to submit to your testting of my abilities.
Give it a rest!!
To whom it may concern,
I would like to continue to be able to exercise my rights as an investor with these financial instruments being available for purchase. I plan on purchasing more in the near future and oppose any obstacles that would prevent myself from doing so. I recommend that you allow me to purchase the securities as long as I live.
I've successfully used leveraged and inverse funds for several years, and have been able to more quickly rebuild my retirement account as a result of the economic damage incurred during the last financial crisis.
I strongly support these investment tools that believe they should continue to be available to everyone without restrictive policies and exclusions.
I oppose any effort to restrict my ability to invest in leveraged or inverse funds. There are already too many regulations restricting the ability of individual investors to fully participate in our economy. The opportunity for financial success should not be limited to the wealthy. FINRA should protect us all from fraud but NOT from reasonable risks.
