I believe individuals should be free to invest their money freely, without undo regulation. I'm fine with my brokerage having me acknowledge that I understand I'm taking on some additional risk with leveraged and inverse funds. Beyond that, I should be free to invest in these publicly traded funds. For me, this is keeping me away from Options trading and associated
I strongly oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
I am thoroughly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I've been in the market for more than 15 years and have accrued a winning portfolio. Leveraged and inverse funds are EXTREMELY important to my investment strategies. I need to be able to choose the public investments that
Leveraged products used in an appropriate way within a investing framework have been a boon to investors like me.
The option to choose investments should not be available just to the privileged "accredited investors". I fully understand the risks associated with these products and choose to invest in them. These products/ funds are an important albeit small part of my portfolio
I oppose restrictions on my rights to invest in public investments. As an investor, not regulators, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. It is important to use the right strategy to protect my capitals and hedge. In addition, I assess and evaluate the risks of my investment choices, and I understand fully. So that I do not need these measures imposed on me. So

As an individual investor, I take full responsibility for my investment choices. Public investment tools should be available to all, not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds, options, etc. are important financial tools in the portfolio. I sometimes use them for risk management. I am strongly against the proposal to limit the trading of such financial tools. I do not want to have to go

I strongly disagree with regulations that limit my ability to access a variety of investment options as an individual investor. I should be able to choose investments that are right for me. Public investments should certainly be available to all of the public, not just the financially privileged. I also shouldn't have to go through any special process or test to invest in public
