I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
Ive already accepted the risk if using leveraged ETFs, please dont take away these options for how I invest my private money
No limits to how people can invest.

Regulating leveraged ETF's is a terrible idea. Leveraged ETF's are a important financial tool that retail investors can use to get returns like professional investors. Regulating them will hurt retail investors and restrict access to an important part of the stock market.
I oppose restrictions on my rights to invest in leveraged funds. Why are you proposing to limit my ability to assess risk and make choices and then only allow these options for the ultra wealthy? This is should not be done.
It is unjust and quite frankly insulting that these regulatory measures are being considered. How are Leveraged and Inverse ETFs any more complex than option trading? ETFs are public investments and it is my right/responsibility to deem if a leveraged or inverse ETF is the right investment for me, not regulators.
I have used leveraged and inverse funds to enhance the profitability of my portfolio and built an entire strategy surrounding their use successfully. The proposed regulations have the potential to harm my future investment goals. The current information provided surrounding these types of funds is more than sufficient for proper understanding of risks and my abilities to utilize these products
