Hello FINRA,
Having access to leveraged ETFs is one way for normal retail investors to be able to get faster financial growth. Introducing too many restrictions on it will deny us those opportunities.
Thanks,

I am big on investing in leveraged funds and it has worked great towards achieving my financial goals over the past few years. I strongly insist that leverage and inverse funds be fully open to all public

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rules 4111 and 9561 to make non-substantive and technical amendments.
Iam truly opposed by these proposed limitations and ridiculous tests/qualifications.

Do away with this proposal.. Represent and promote financial freedom. Thank you!!!
It would be preposterous to restrict purchase of securities that permit me to hedge my risk.
Not sure why regulators would consider themselves as more concerned about my financial well being than I am myself.
Please leave the leveraged and inverse funds as they are. I am presently retired and they are an important part of my investment strategy. If they were no longer available to me it would cause great financial harm to me and my family.
Thanks
