SEC Approves Consolidated FINRA Rules 2040 (Payments to Unregistered Persons) and 0190 (Effective Date of Revocation, Cancellation, Expulsion, Suspension or Resignation), and Amendments to FINRA Rule 8311 (Effect of a Suspension, Revocation, Cancellation, or Bar)
Dear Sirs/Madames,
I invested in these financial products over ten (10) years ago. They were part of my investment strategy, and are still today. They made sense then, and still do. Thank you for your concern, but I am aware of what I am investing in.

I am an experienced trader who was a series 7 rep on Wall St. I understand leveraged funds and am completely comfortable trading them. They are important to my overall investment strategy, and it would be harmful to me financially if I were not allowed to trade them. Please do not place any restrictions on them.

I am retired and rely on my investments to provide income. I swing trade the market when it reaches extremes of bullishness or pessimism. By using leveraged and inverse ETF's I make money without risking my entire portfolio.. These products are not complex for someone who has no financial training but follows the market.
Instead of focusing control of smaller investors why not focus on manipulation of the market and securities by the larger financial groups practicing Short Selling. That faction ruins a "fair" market for all and is apparently legal theft and manipulation. I thought the point of "fair and equal" market rules and regulations was to prevent theft and
