I, as an investor, should have the right to choose the public investments. Public investments should be available to all of the public. I should not have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I have already understood leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
These investment vehicles have become integral to my investment strategy. They are wonderful tools to help me protect my investments.
I am more that capable to understand the way leveraged ETFs function
To Whom It May Concern,
Leveraged funds provide the opportunity for growth with limited downside for investors. While more volatile, the risk/return ratio for a triple leveraged S&P fund would be close to the same as a regular index fund. There is risk in any investment. With leveraged etfs, your investment is more diversified than investing in individual securities. Please keep the
In a free country I should be free to invest my money the way I see fit, not the way the government wants me to invest. I have done very well in leveraged and inverse funds. Markets go down as well as up and you can beat the market without the risk of individual stocks by using leveraged funds. The government has already taken far too many of our rights away in an effort to cater to powerful
I am writing to comment on the proposed changes to leverage and inverse funds. Please be advised that, myself along with many of my friends, family, and colleagues have invested through these vehicles for the last decade that they have been available. I oppose limits and restrictions in my trading of leveraged and inverse securities. I am well aware of the risks associated with such products. Although they make up a small portion of my overall portfolio, I appreciate the diversity of products offered and the ability to hedge securities. I strongly oppose any further restrictions which may included testing, income or net worth limits, so called
I should be able to choose my public investments that are right for me. I only use a small portion of leveraged funds as a way to balance my larger holdings with less funding by making very simple hedges. These leveraged funds make it far less complicated and less risky than trading in individual options. Please, I don't need more oversight, complications, and regulation when the
