I strongly oppose restrictions against use of leveraged and or inverse products. Yes, some investors through irresponsible use can be harmed, but in a free society and market retail and institutional investors alike should be able to make their own decisions and accept responsibility for those decisions. Restrictions on use reduces investors ability to manage risk, reduces market place
I OPPOSE any regulation related to the restrictions proposed. I reserve the right to invest as I see fit based on my free will and ability to suceed or fail with my investment strategy. My investment strategy may include leveraged ETFs, and any other instruments that involve risk.
I dont want testing or any other qualifications imposed on me to be able to invest in what I desire.

Regulators should not be able to choose the public investments in which I may invest. Publicly-traded investments should be available to all of the public.
I should not have to go through any special process[es] before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse
Most securities require the buyers to exercise due diligence. Whether a publicly traded company or ETF, each individual has the obligation to be aware of the risks.
Increased regulation will only add greater burden to brokers, which the consumer ultimately ends up paying. These leveraged funds have enhanced my trading strategies and made me a better investor. They have provided me with decent
As a long time investor the idea that I can not understand the risks of complex and leveraged funds is ridiculous. I regularly use these type assets to hedge against things like the current rise in interest rates and do not require the government to hold my hand while I use them. The market is not a FDIC insured bank account and investors are regularly informed that they can lose money and if

Large institutions have always had a clear advantage, privy to information first, flash trading etc. Restricting retail investor's ability to short or long the markets using these types of vehicles is, once again giving the institutions the upper hand in playing in a field they
To whom it may concern,
Please hear my conviction that restricting the rights of investors to invest in complex products is unjust and unequitable. The proposal is fundamentally flawed.

I am a self taught trader. I learned everything about trading on my own . The most important factors in the trading investment landscape that would help me succeed are the ability to have a large choice and variety of etfs including leveraged etfs . I do not want restrictions or means testing on what etfs I can or cannot buy or sell. This would reduce liquidity as well as consumer choice . I
It is important to me that the ability to trade and invest in all public funds, and that ability not be infringed upon by regulators
I am competent and understand the complexity and associated risks trading in leveraged and inverse funds and should not require any specialized training or special access permissions. I do not want my ability to invest in these funds to be limited in any manner.
