I am writing to express my opposition to regulations that would hinder my investment in public securities, such as leveraged and inverse funds. Leveraged and inverse funds have been important to my investment strategy in the past as both a protective hedge and for periodically seeking enhanced returns. I have educated myself on the risks involved with said securities. I know how to use them.
I oppose the proposed regulations to limit access to leveraged and inverse funds. I regularly use such investments to take advantage of key trends and, most importantly, to help manage risk in my investment portfolio. With uncertain times and high inflation ahead, having access to these investments for everyone is more important than ever. Public investments should be available to all of the
Why is it that the government thinks they know what's best for me and I don't. In a country that is rapidly losing the basic freedoms promised to us, now you want to take away my financial freedoms. Inverse funds help me protect capital during periods of turmoil, high inflation, geopolitical risks, and government overspending, to name a few. Leveraged funds allow me to hedge my

1.What serves as complex product is too ambiguous, that means, investors can’t figure out what investment tools
Dear FINRA Officer,
Leveraged ETFs have allowed me to make my self financially self reliant. I understand the risks after regularly investing in these for over 11 years. I have always taken a cautious approach and invest in these ETFs using only the excess savings beyond my contribution limits to my 401Ks and housing as a diversification strategy while having a safety net in other investing
As a daily active equity trader, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. I believe public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
As long as I can read the disclosures specifically from such investment vehicles, I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest
