Hello, please allow US Citizens to continue to have choice in where and how their retirement funds are invested.

If safeguards are being considered in this space, please consider the experience and goals of each participant in the spectrum you are considering to place limitation upon.
This is absurd to say what someone can and cant invest in for the everyday person. We are all capable of understanding what risks are involved as everything in the market comes with risk. I do a lot of investing and trading using leveraged funds and have not had an issue and its where a vast majority of my trading comes from. All this without any kind of test. Its insulting to take away so much
Its very unfair to keep ppl from being able to invest as they see fit. They dont need to be protected. We do our own research. We have a brain. We know what we are getting in to. Its up to us to decide what we want to invest OUR money in and what risk we prefer to take.

I strongly believe that we investors, rather than regulators, should be able to choose the public investment options that are right for us and our family. And all kinds of public investments should be available to all the investors, not just the privileged ones.
