The denial to freely invest without the need for Government regulation is the denial of freedom. Since the founding of our nation the ability to spend our money and have the opportunity to make it grow further has been our nations bedrock. Please do not meddle with our system that makes our nation so unique and special.
Please do not impose unnecessary restrictions on my ability to buy and sell securities you may deem complex. I should not have to go through any type of screening or pass through any type of process before using such financial instruments.
I don't think restrictions on how people invest there money should be enforced. It's our money and we should be able to invest it how we see fit. I highly doubt regulators would want to be told how they can and can't invest their money, so why enforce those stipulations on the public. You do you, and we'll do us. Thank you.

As a military veteran, it's very demoralizing to see an attempt to limit one's ability to prosper on their own and create independence from others. Requiring credentials to invest is absurd and completely unwarranted.
We as individual investors, should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and my family, not regulators.

I want to be able to continue to purchase leveraged funds. For the most part, the use of these financial instruments have benefitted me.
To whom it concerns at the FINRA. I have heard that y'all are considering adding regulations to leverage and inverse funds. I strongly oppose additional regulations as I believe such regulations will burden investors and our saving goals. Regulators should not be in charge which public investments I would like to choose, they already regulate 14% of our salaries for social security.
Please be advised that I oppose the proposed limitations on investments, including inverse and leveraged funds. I believe that it is an investor's right to be able to access the public securities market without further restrictions.
