I urge you to reconsider any attempt to limit the available investment choices to the citizens of this country. We work hard for our money and have the right to invest in the assets of our choosing in order to grow and preserve our wealth.

Leveraged funds are an important aspect of my families investment strategy. I understand the risk. Those of us with long investment horizons should not be limited in our investment choices. Perhaps warnings should provided to investors but options should not be limited.
A move to block the public from investing in leveraged and inverse investments comes across as yet another disturbing example of moves to give the financial elite greater opportunities than the average person. Rather than making the excuse that you are trying to protect the public from themselves, it gives the financial elite who would continue to have access to these sorts of investments

They do have a different learning curve vs other type of investments so I agree on letting people know about the increased risks but ultimately it should be up to them to decide since

I do not agree with the regulations being considered for ETFs like Sqqq, Sdow and the comparable!
