I oppose the proposed rule which restricts my rights to invest in instruments or funds to build various investment strategies. Me and only me should decide what or what I can not buy for me and my family. I should not have to take classes or jump through any hoops to be able to do so.This is a free country and people should be able to purchase any stock they wish and should not only for the privileged. They had to start somewhere to get where they are and everyone should be given that choice
