Practical Element CE
Status: Service Disruptions Will Occur
Maintenance Period: Saturday March 21st, 2026 from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET)
Description: FINRA’s CE platform will not be available from Saturday March 21st 2026, from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). During this period, the following users will be redirected to a SABA system outage page:
- FinPro users with an open Regulatory Element or Practical Element CE window,
- self-enrolled CE participants, including MSRB and FSAWP-designated individuals.
The Financial Learning Experience
(FLEX) Product
Status: Service Disruptions Will Occur

Description: FINRA’s FLEX product will be unavailable while routine maintenance is performed from Saturday March 21st 2026, from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). FLEX users are advised to please wait until after 8 a.m. to access the system.
Account Management
Status: Service Disruptions Will Occur
Maintenance Period: Saturday March 21st, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET)
Description: FINRA’s Account Management platform may experience service disruptions while routine maintenance is performed Saturday March 21st from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Users who experience issues with new account registrations, account profile changes, entitlement updates, and password resets during this time are advised to please wait half an hour before trying to access the system again.
