Daniel Rambert

Mr. Rambert is Vice President, Treasury & Investments. In this role, he leads FINRA's Investment Office, overseeing the organization's various retirement plan assets, the FINRA Investor Education Foundation portfolio and corporate assets. Mr. Rambert provides comprehensive strategic direction and oversight across investment strategy, investment operations, risk management and treasury functions, ensuring disciplined capital stewardship and alignment with FINRA's long-term financial objectives. 

Prior to joining FINRA in 2023, he held various roles at Maryland State Retirement, Maryland 529 and Wilmington Trust. Specifically, he directed investment strategy and oversight, supervised manager selection, and helped determine asset allocation for large-scale investment programs across equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes. 

Mr. Rambert holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and earned MS and BBA degrees in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
