Lloyd Fenton
Vice President, Financial Planning & Analytics
Lloyd Fenton is Vice President, Financial Planning & Analytics. In this role, he provides strategic financial guidance and support to FINRA’s senior leaders. Serving as a trusted advisor to key business unit stakeholders, Mr. Fenton helps business leaders optimize financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make financially sound decisions that align with FINRA's overall financial strategy. He leads the development of financial models, executive presentations and operating plans in support of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range financial plans and resource allocations.
Prior to joining FINRA, Mr. Fenton held leadership positions at LPL Financial, where he led financial planning efforts for multiple operating divisions, and at LIPA (Long Island Power Authority), where he directed a comprehensive budgeting and financial oversight function. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fenton served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Broadcom Inc., where he supported executive leadership and managed operating budgets for numerous business units.
Mr. Fenton holds an MBA (with Honors) in Corporate Finance from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Muhlenberg College.
