Maintenance Outage

fileX SFTP service will undergo maintenance on Saturday 4/10 between 10 – 11 AM and there may be a brief outage in the service preventing connections and file transfer activities. You should reconnect and perform any failed file transfers after the maintenance window.

fileX HTTPS REST and S3 Direct transfer methods are not impacted by this and will continue to function as normal.
