We don't need government control we can control our own investments.

It's high time to let people make their own investment decisions. "Protecting" small investors from making wrong (in the opinion of regulators) decisions just makes sure that only the already rich and powerful get access to the investment vehicles.

Why not stop mortgage also, which use more than 3x leveraged!

I think that my ability to invest in these leveraged products should not be restricted or regulated by the government.

I oppose limitations on my investments. I have the right to invest my money how I feel without these limitations.

Regulators should NOT be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am very opposed to any scrutiny or special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding investments I make and their risks. I do not need, and strongly oppose, regulators requiring that these measures be imposed on me.

Pleasr respect my right to choose my investments.
