Comments: Additional regulation is seldom needed. The FINRA's suggestion of "enhancements" reminds me of the term "transitory" used by another government agency recently.

Less RULES is best for all of us. Gov control needs to be STOPED in most instances. No more rules and regulations need to be instated. Period.

As an average investor I use leveraged etfs to enhance returns.

Comments: I acknowledge that leveraged ETF's can be extremely volatile and not suitable for every investor but for should be available for those that choose them. There are extreme risks everywhere. It's up to each investor to manage their cash and risk tolerance. It's fine to put warning labels on the package but don't restrict the sale. I can illustrate many cases of individual stocks being way more risky and volatile than a a leveraged index ETF.

Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged!!!!

All people should have the right to invest their own money where and when they please. Unlike the government that spends our tax dollars on any pork they can. Mostly to enrich themselves. As it has been said we have the best government money can buy and anyone can buy it. Look at Joe and Hunter they are bought and paid for by many different countries.
