My wife and I have carefully invested in ProShares leveraged funds since 2008 and have profited substantially from our investments. No one has advised either to or not to invest in these funds, it has been our own decision. We hope that you will allow us to keep these investing in these funds for our retirement.

The investment group that sponsored this message seems to care more about their commissions than about ordinary citizens. The types of investments the regulation considers SHOULD be hard to buy.

I want to express my concern against for the proposed regulation that would limit or eliminate my ability in invest the leveraged and inverse ETFs which I currently have in my portfolio that I personally manage. I have used these effectively for years to grow my wealth and therefore:

> I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to "all" of the public, not just the privileged.

Dear FINRA, I am very concerned to learn about possible upcoming restrictions regarding my ability, as an independent small investor, to use complex investments such as leveraged and inverse ETFs. I am scared that these public investments will cease to be available to normal people like me and reserved only for a "privileged elite" of super-rich people and institutions to get richer. I am perfectly capable of reading prospectuses and understanding so-called complex investments such as leveraged and inverse funds, before I use them.

I am commenting on FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08:

The government needs to keep it's hands off my money, unless they want to go to work in my place.

Think its, a fantastic program,if were getting rid of this might as well get rid of the stock market freedom is the ability to make choices,

I want to express my comment that ProShares are an essential method for me to reduce exposure to down side risk and would force me use more time consuming and risker methods to accomplish similar results. Without proshares, I would be forced to use more options instead of an ETF. The management cost is more than worth it for the use of an ETF.

I should be allowed to choose investments as I see fit including digital assets. I do not need regulators choosing what investments Im allowed to invest in. Im 100% opposed to regulators determining what I can invest in. This is not a socialist or communist country the USA is a democratic country!
