Bradley Williams Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use leverage and inverse funds seek enhanced returns.

Tony Skalski Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

This looks like just another step towards total control of free enterprise and free thought in our country. I've been a serious and prudent investor in financial instruments for over 30 years. I understand and fully accept the risks involved with conservative, risky, and off-label investments (including leveraged and inverse securities). Since the markets (including Stocks and so-called safer investments like Bonds) have been hurting recently, Ive been looking for downside protection and other investments that mitigate market risk.
