I am an individual investor with approximately 40 years of investment experience. From time to time, based on market conditions, I have found it prudent to invest in leveraged and inverse exchange traded funds (ETFs). Now is such a time, and I currently have a small investment in such a fund. I want to be able to continue to make such investments as I see fit, based on my own knowledge and experience, without having to abide by any additional regulatory requirements.

To whom it may concern; Enough with the threatened imposed regulations and allow for an individual to make their own financial decisions. Public investments should be available to all and NOT a select few by your judgmental criteria basis. I do not need to have any additional regulation measures imposed on actions that I choose to take as an adult and being fully capable of making my own choices. This is a strategic and calculated investment option for those who wish to have control over their investments and their own risk tolerance criteria. This is a choice. Keep it a choice.

Do not restrict the ability to trade leveraged funds

I oppose having these types of funds being removed/further regulated. Each investor should be able to make their own informed decisions.

We not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for us and public investments should be available to all of the public not just the privileged.

We understand the leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks and should not be tested by government to make the right investment choices.

2) The US is a free market, anyone who does not want to invest in proShares can decide for themselves, why do the regulators need to interfere in what people want to do with their money?

Its important to me to have the ability to invest as I choose to. Additional regulations on freedoms to invest should not be put into place.

I do not support regulating areas of investment where I choose to learn, invest and grow my assets. I am an adult and perfectly capable of making my OWN decisions for my financial well being. Please stay in your lane and stop this overreach.

I am entitled to my choice of investments, be they leveraged, inverse, or crypto. Those with opinions that I must be denied my right to freely invest in any investment that I choose must be removed from positions in the government. Such limitations of rights are typical of dictatorships, whereas this is supposed to be a free country, granting freedom of choice equally to all investors. Every investor is responsible for their own decisions, choices, and elections. No opinionated government employee, regulator, or bureaucrat shall deny a citizen the right to a chosen investment.

I am a small investor that manages a number of portfolios for my extended family. The majority of these portfolios are IRA and 410K's and the only option available in those non-margin accounts for hedging risk is inverse mutual funds. The loss or limitation of these instruments would be a great loss to the small investor.
