We should all have the freedom and ability to pursue our own investment decisions to the best of our ability. Leveraged and Inverse funds are not the boogeymen.
I do not recommend adding additional restrictions.
I am dissapointed to lear about it, I should be able to make investment decision myself not any regulator. This is totally against the principle of freedom of choice.
I oppose putting restrictions on investing in inverse or leveraged ETFs. Just like any stock investment, I clearly understand the the risks involved and under certain market conditions, I need a hedge to decrease my risk. I am the best person to be making my own investment decisions and not relying on others to be making choices for me that are not in my best interest. You should also not be imposing new limitations on something that I've already been using for a number of years.
Get your "Nanny State" hands off my investment choices. You DON'T know better than me. I control my destiny - not you.
Limiting my ability to invest in a diversified ETF prohibits me from building wealth. Free access to markets is a core tenant of capitalism and America.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest my own monies in any of the publicly traded securities which I choose. I do my research and if a security fits my investment and risk criteria, then I should be able to invest in it. Leveraged and inverse funds can be an important part of an individual's investment portfolio, providing enhanced potential returns without the risk of margin trading.
Want to invest in inverse funds to balance my stock funds.
I oppose you trying to restrict my investment I should be able to decide what is best for me to invest in and should be available to all public. I should not have to go through a special process to invest in public securities.
I oppose the rule that would make it more complex or difficult to buy leveraged funds.
