Individual investors do not stumble into leveraged funds. These are an important tool for those who have taken responsibility for their own financial goals and an extraneous burden on the use of these funds is unnecessary.
I am absolutely opposed to limitations looking forward, regarding any regulation and or further restriction placed on a potential investment in TQQQ and/or SQQQ.
I have used inverse and leveraged stocks for many years to help keep me afloat in down markets. There should be no idiotic process to determine my ability to invest in them. I, not you, should be able to choose which public investments are right for me and my family. And not just the privileged few!
I would like to have the ability to continue to BUY LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS. If this proposal is passed, it will affect the value of my SPXL and TQQQ ETFs. That is very unfair for the investors. Please stop it! Thank you!
This is a crazy proposed change that is not in individual investors best interest. I, not the regulators, should have the freedom to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
It is wrong to restrict access to certain investments to only connected, "wealthy" or otherwise selected investors. All market participants are provided investment prospectuses that detail the risks of each fund. It is up to each individual to decide for themselves if the fund aligns with their risk tolerance and objectives, and then research the market to make an informed decision before making an investment.
I strongly olppose restrictions to my RIGHT to invest. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my family to reduce risk. And they help stabilize markets.
I should be allowed to decide for myself what I invest in. I do not need the government telling me that I am not intelligent or sophisticated enough to invest in certain products. Please stay out of my life.
Hello FINRA,
It is critical, in a constitutional republic for free, and available market funds be available for all people. Retail investors such as myself who understand the caveats with leveraged or inverse funds should not have to have any additional oversight or regulation.
For your consideration, please leave the current safe guards in place in order to not exclude any potential investor either current or future from gaining access to the United States capital markets.
