Logan Goforth Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Sophisticated investor rules are outdated in the age of the internet. I have multiple degrees related to investment and financial analysis. Under the Sophisticated investor rules I cant invest in certain opportunities, and now you want to expand that? Excluding the average American from any investment opportunity does nothing but ensure that those who are already wealthy will continue to gain the majority of the benefit from private investments. And under the proposed changes will ensure they have an unfair advantage in capital markets as well.

April Foulks Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

We - not regulators - should be able to choose the public investments that are right for us and our families. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I/We shouldn't have to go through any special process like
passing a test before we can invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO.

We are capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks.

These proposed measures do NOT need to be imposed on us.

Norma Stone Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

The public does not need restraint or hurtles to overcome from regulation of processes in choice of investment or involvement in digital investments made by personal choice. I have not read this proposed rule however I shall now because it is evident that unless the government has total control of all assets the money mongers aren't happy. We need real transparency with sound guidelines that uphold ethics and social acceptable standards across the playing field.

Received the letter, thank you for this reminder. I have been studying and managing finances for a long time, considering that this is a common investment for me and my family. At the same time, I also believe that having this kind of investment is a public investment that every investor should have. Public investment should be enjoyed by everyone, not a privileged class. When I made these investments, I seriously studied in the services provided by securities service providers. Therefore, be able to understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
