I oppose any restrictions on my investment selections. There must be no barriers on what I invest in and how I invest in it. I understand the risks associated with leveraged/inverse funds, and I choose to invest in them as a very important subset of my diversified retirement portfolio. It is important to investors like myself to be able to trade it without any restrictions. Please do not legislate any restrictions or barriers on leveraged/inverse funds. Thank you.
My right to invest in certain funds should not be based on my net worth or ability to pass a special test. A majority of my investment income is recieved through both leveraged and inverse funds. Removing my right to trade these public funds will be stealing money directly from my pockets only to give to the rich and privileged.
The proposed regulation is cutting off simple people from making money, leaving it only to big boys, questioning our democracy. I am against it.
Freedom of investing should never be restricted it's against foundation of what we believe of CAPITALISM!
Unlike many others, I agree that there should be greater regulations and clearer mandatory warnings, particularly the fact that even a sideways market will result in losses; however, I'm concerned that the regulations proposed may go a bit too far.
One thing to take into consideration is that those unable to invest in leveraged funds may seek even more risky alternatives.
Regarding L&I funds and potentially restricting access to them... I would oppose any such move.
I would like to see this process is very similar as purchsing like BitCoin !!! it's no different, it should not be an restriction from regulator !!!
thanks

I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me. I am counting on these investments to get me through the bad times ahead in the market.
Sirs: I've been investing in limited quantities of leveraged funds for the past ten years or so, and find them very useful for hedging.
Please do not make it difficult for me to invest in this manner.
Thank you.
