I am strongly opposed to regulations on investments!

I should have the right to invest my money as I choose. I understand the risks that I assume when investing my money in public securities. Leveraged and inverse funds allow me to hedge other invests so that I can protect myself should the market become bearish. I use an inverse fund for such a purpose currently

Regulating my investments is my business, not the government controlling how I choose to invest!
I earned the money and the government cant tell me what to do with it.

Leveraged ETFs allow ordinary investors to tap into opportunities previously only accessible to the most wealthy, through managed funds.

Its been a game changer. Its available to those that wish to use them. Why regulate such a thing? Allow people to manage their money as they see fit.

While youre at it, lets allow folks to manage their social security funds as well. Ok. Make a list of permissible investments - but better than the funds being pilfered at US bond rates only.

Public investments should be available to all the public, not just the privileged. Also, unverse and leveraged funds are important to my investment strategies, which I have been using for years. More red tape and burdens on investors are totally unproductive..

It is not your job to limit my personal private choices. It is not your job to limit my freedom. It is not your job to try and prevent my possible failure. I have the right to choose and make my own choices or mistakes. Government is not all knowing and you are not my Savior. Life is about choices. Stop trying to regulate mine.

If you want Americans to successfully achieve the American Dream through successful means financially and pulling themselves off of their bootstraps do not interfere people should have free will and the right to invest accordingly to their own wishes

Please let ME decide whether I am capable of investing in any assets.

The government should stay out of private financial decisions.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any process like passing a test before investing in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy.
