Donald Jackson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I am opposed to Rule #22-08. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I should not have to demonstrate an net worth arbitrarily set nor be required to obtain broker permission to invest. I should not have to take a test to invest in public securities and am capable of understanding my own investments and risks.

Chris Sturgis Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Memo to SEC/FINRA regarding the purchase of leveraged investments Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 I appreciate the opportunity to comment on this proposed new rule/regulation. I have held ProShares in one of my portfolios since early 2016. Symbol USD. This investment is up 742.06% and has split once 3:1 which tripled my shares. It has performed well in up and down markets. It has enhanced my returns in this portfolio. Here is its annualized returns 3yr 57.05%, 5yr 44.12%, 10yr 36.42%. I understand leveraging and inverse funds and their performance characteristics/risks.

Richard Sweikow Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Regulators, Investment should be available to the public at large and not restricted to clients paying fee based advisors or participating in fee based programs that will reduce the return on my portfolio. An investor should not be required to pass through any special process or have a minimum net worth to invest in any or all public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. As an investor I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds, and can probably explain them better then most of the advisors to whom you wish to restrict their distribution.
