Anthony Obrien Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Investing is risky by nature, however the ability to use leveraged and inverse funds as a component of a total portfolio allows me to make considered hedges when there is volatility in the market or when the direction of the market seems clear. I am opposed to the proposed regulation and believe that it will place an unnecessary burden on ordinary investors while providing an edge to institutional investors. Please do not pass this regulation.

Tyler Morgan Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I strongly oppose limiting access to public securities for the select few who pass unnecessary tests. The public is perfectly capable of reading and understanding a prospectus and the associated risks and making wise investment decisions for themselves and their families. The securities under consideration for additional regulation such as leveraged and inverse funds are a key strategy to my family's plan to reach retirement with the necessary means. They are critical to enhancing returns to speed the process of compounding.
