Stop trying to screw over the little guys who see the crash you're creating coming...
It would be a shame for these investment vehicles to be ruled unlawful. It is my freedom and right as an investor to use these vehicles to achieve my financial goals
Quite trying to regulate everything. There is sufficient information available to potential investors to assess the risk and make and informed decision regarding investing in these funds.
Public investments should be available to everyone, not just hedge funds. Ending support for leveraged funds in the middle of a bear run will only allow the elite to buy them for discounted prices. This move will only increase wealth inequality and will make responding to a market crash much harder for everyday people. Options and callable funds are considered safe for some investors. Why can't leveraged funds, which never go to 0?
I want to be able to trade whatever I want.
I can make up my own mind
Each person should be able to choose the public investments and risks that are right for him and his family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Inverse funds are key to my ability to invest appropriately in the market given the different market conditions. Do not limit our ability to invest in inverse or leveraged funds. This is very important.
There is risk no matter what you buy in open markets. It is the investors responsibility to know his or her risks, not any governing board or government agency.
Instead of helping this would hurt small investors
