Do SOMETHING... ANYTHING about synthetic shares and naked shorting... it’s happening right in front of your faces and you sit there [REDACTED]

If the manipulation around AMC and GME isn’t addressed, the market is going to loose millions of investors. AMC and GME are being naked shorted, and abused by means of dark pools. If I know this, the SEC certainly does.

I am 67 and semi retired, I have to work part time to make some extra cash so my bills can get paid. Have work steady since I was 16 and have raised my family and now take care of my 89 year old Mother. I have just recently had a few extra $$ to invest in some stocks to try and get ahead. In my studying it has come to my attention that the stock market is run by a bunch of crooks that steal peoples futures through manipulation of the markets and the destroying of companies also trying to make a living and get ahead.

I am just simply fed up with this incredible UNFAIR "FREE" market. As a retail investor for the better part of the year I began investing with the tolerance to idly stand by as positions where I have stake have been very clearly manipulated. No longer will I be a silent bystander because after the last few weeks I have seen it is very apparent to me that these problems run deeper.

In regards for comments on 21-19 regarding short positions, here are my thoughts. * Every share should be tracked with unique identifier and should have the ability to be marked as lent out, unassigned/free, owned-lendable, or owned-not-lendable and be registered with a single central database to prevent duplication/ falsification of data. The ability to mark a share as owned-not-lendable shall only be set by the entity owning the shares and not by market makers and shall only be removed upon that share being sold or changed by the share owner.

I approve of these proposals. Please stop naked short selling and increase transparency in the market. Also, eliminate dark pools
